A magical webshop for families with children

Little Per Bed is a webshop owned and operated by Mary Berggren and Lars Kofoed Hansen, since 2010. As the name might indicate, they specialize in producing products specially adapted to the well-known Juno bed, also called a Little Per bed. However, the range has evolved, and today they sell first-class toys and other fine items for the children's room. A magical universe with a focus on quality, where the products are carefully selected. In line with the development of the webshop, they have also had to adapt their online marketing and this is where Advertisers came into the picture.

Challenges with Google Ads

When Lille Per Seng started, the market for online advertising and Google Ads was something completely different than today. Mary began to notice a lack of sales on an ongoing basis. She found that they had not kept up with the development of online marketing. Growth in the company required a new level with Google Ads. There was therefore a growing need for others to take care of this part as it was not an in-house competency.

The Hunt for a Match

Mary had tried different solutions with Google Ads, but it had not created the desired growth. She had had unfortunate experiences with other agencies who struggled to know it all for half. However, without results.

The search for a good agency was a challenge, because as Mary herself says, you can not ask your competitors for advice. Therefore, Mary chose a broad approach and wrote a post in a Facebook group. Here she was greeted with many answers, but Advertiser's partner Ida chose to call Mary after seeing the posting. They subsequently arranged a face-to-face meeting. Ida went out and visited the company. It was here that there turned out to be chemistry. Ida understood Mary's business and what she needed from her business partner. Mary felt seen, and liked the Advertisers set up, where growth is win-win for both partners. Therefore, she chose to enter into a partnership, and felt in safe hands.

Collaboration with Advertisers

Advertisers PPC Specialist Sabine was connected to the account from here, she held a meeting with Mary and they got a strategy put together. The collaboration has since exceeded all expectations and especially the close dialogue with Sabine has been rewarding. Mary says they have never sold as much as they do now. Here, the figures also speak for themselves: Revenue per. day has increased by 35,62% from 2020 to 2021.

The agreement and the close monitoring of the account means that money is only spent where we can see it coming again. Sabine keeps a close eye on the account and is alert if a given product does not perform as hoped. There is constant dialogue and supervision of the account.

We have never sold for as much as we do now. We have grown, and have an expectation of continuing and getting bigger.

The solutions we conjured up

The close dialogue between Sabine and Mary has created the good results, as together they have created a common problem solution, which is also outside Google Ads, as we look at our customers' business in a bigger picture. This has led to ongoing adjustments according to the season in relation to which products and brands should be in focus. It is especially the full understanding, for the business as a whole, that creates the good collaboration between Sabine and Mary. It makes Mary feel safe as she can see that the concrete actions on the account are creating growth. Revenue from this year's December, compared to last year, has increased by the whole 91,60%.

In addition to the close dialogue, the concrete initiatives on the account have been growth-creating. Here, Sabine has launched new campaigns, and especially smart shopping has been rewarding. Remarketing lists have also been prepared here, and among other things, lists have been set up in Google Ads, based on activity on the Google Ads Tag.

Besides working directly in Google Ads, it has not only been pure magic, as we use our 3rd party program Channable. Here we have with competent insight optimized on the shopping feed. As a result, Lille Per Seng's products have gained a strong competitive position on Google.

We have also worked with Clickcease, a program that helps remove unwanted clicks. This creates a data image and ensures that the advertising dollars are used correctly.

Results after fresh eyes on the account

After the start of the collaboration, the general trend is an increasing turnover almost every month. Sales have increased significantly on all channels, both Google Ads but also overall revenue. Particularly striking is the Christmas sales for December 2021. Black Friday in November 2021, also ran incredibly well at Lille Per Seng. Here the turnover increased 11,65%, compared to last year. The great growth has meant that Mary has been able to expand with a new and larger warehouse, and thus expand her range for the webshop. She now has an office and warehouse close to each other. Here she also has a showroom whose customers want to pay a visit. The dream is now to have the opportunity to expand with a physical store, to give the company an extra dimension.
